11. Certificate of Deposit

When a vehicle is purchased for scrapping, BVSM may facilitate issuance of the Certificate of Deposit (CoD) through one of its authorized Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility partners.

Necessary vehicle and owner information may be shared with the relevant RVSF solely for processing the CoD and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Enter your registered mobile number and password.
Submit your account deletion request.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

Your account will be marked for deletion immediately after your request is submitted.
Your account will remain in a pending deletion state for 7 days (Grace period).
During this 7-days period, you may log in to your mobile app at any time to cancel the deletion request and reactivate your account.
If you do not log in during the grace period, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted after the 7 days.

Data Retention

After permanent deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active systems unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security or accounting purposes.

If any information must be retained by law, it will be stored securely and only for the required retention period.
